I have teamed up with the good people at Premium Casks Ltd to make available the finest ex-spirit and ex-wine casks for use in fermentation and/or maturation of cider.
The use of wooden vessels previously housing whisk(e)y, bourbon, rum etc has been undertaken for decades, maybe even centuries. The previous contents, engrained into the wood, is drawn out during fermentation and maturation and imparts aromas, flavour and textures into the cider, creating intensity and complexity.
Premium Casks Ltd, through their extensive network have managed to source an incredible range of quality casks. Please see below for the current availability (updated weekly). All prices are ex-VAT.

Casks are shipped on a per-pallet basis, with up to 8 casks per pallet.
