The third step on the journey to Pommelier, How to Assess Cider takes the participants appreciation and evaluation to an elevated level. This third tier builds upon the learnings from the Foundation and Advanced Courses to enable participants to understand how to fully assess and judge the quality and style of any given cider.
The crucial differentiation between objective and subjective assessment will be explored (and tasted!) before reviewing the importance of context and heritage.
